How the contract works
For Long Stay (minimum 6 months) we use a standard Italian residential contract (4+4 formula), officially registered.
It is the most common form of residential rental contract in Italy and provides legal protections for both you and the landlord.
You are not locked in for 8 years.
You can give notice with 3 months' advance, with no penalties. If you set an exit date, we handle the automatic contract termination.
Clarity from day one

Refundable deposit
€1,500 rooms / €2,000 studios for Long Stay, €750 rooms / €1,000 studios for Medium Stay. Returned within 30 days of check-out.
