Why does the rent say «from»?

It changes with the flat and the floor: a room with a shared bathroom starts at 770€, one with a private bathroom at 880€, a studio at 1,300€. What it includes doesn't change.

What changes with the Flexible contract?

It runs from 5 weeks to 5 months and you move in whenever you like. It costs 150€ more a month for rooms and 200€ for the studio: the figure you see in the result is the one on the contract. Long Stay starts at 6 months, with move-in on the 1st or the 15th of the month.

How much do I need to move in?

The deposit, 1,500€ for rooms and 2,000€ for studios, plus a 60€ booking fee. No agency, no furniture to buy. You pay the first month close to check-in.

Can I choose the room?

The booking fee holds the room type. You find out which room is yours 15 days before check-in, together with the final contract.
